COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines: leave product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag before roasting. Decant the contents, including fat and liquid, into a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / fan 180°C / gas 5 for:
From defrosted: 65-70 minutes
From frozen: 80-85 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, the juices may be very concentrated and highly flavoured. To use as a gravy, dilute or reduce to taste with water, light stock or wine.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
